About UGCFact
UGCFact grew out of an internal factory of synthetic reactions that a one-person team used for its own products. Now the library is public.
Why it exists
Shipping creatives every day for several products meant filming, editing and praying. At some point the bottleneck stopped being the demo and became the hook: those two seconds of a human face that decide whether anyone stays. We built a factory that generates that face every morning, animates it and leaves it ready for a text overlay and a cut.
After 356 published and scored reels and 388 hook variants, the system worked well enough to open up. UGCFact is that library.
