Summary

Every clip you download from UGCFact comes with a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license. Use it in ads, organic content, app store previews, landing pages and decks, as-is or edited, with no attribution required.

What you can do

• Run the clips in paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, X and any other social or display network.
• Trim, grade, add text, voice and music, and combine them with your demo or with other clips.
• Use them across several products and accounts you control, with no cap on impressions or time.
• Deliver the finished reel to a client if you are an agency or freelancer, as long as the clip is part of a larger piece.

What you cannot do

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the raw or lightly edited clips, or include them in another stock library, template or dataset.
• Present the synthetic persona as a real person endorsing your product, or as a verified testimonial.
• Use them in misleading, defamatory, sexual or political content, or anything that breaks the advertising rules of your jurisdiction.
• Train image or video generation models on the clips.

Accounts and limits

Downloading originals requires an active Pro subscription, with no download cap. Everything downloaded while subscribed keeps its license after you cancel. Public derivatives (previews, posters) may be hot-linked from your site.

Synthetic content

Every face is AI-generated and does not correspond to any real person. Files carry metadata identifying them as generated content. You are responsible for enabling the "AI content" labels each platform asks for; our disclosure guide shows how.

Warranties and liability

Clips are provided "as is". UGCFact warrants that they contain no real person's likeness and no third-party copyrighted material. We are not responsible for campaign performance or platform moderation decisions.
