FAQ
Answers about licensing, AI disclosure, formats and how to use synthetic UGC reactions in ads.
Can I use these clips in paid ads?
Yes. Every download comes with a commercial license for ads, organic posts, landing pages and store listings. You can't resell the raw clips or use them for anything deceptive.
Are these real people?
No. Every persona is synthetic: a face generated once and animated for each reaction. Nobody's likeness is used, which is exactly why they're safe to put in front of your product.
Do I have to disclose that it's AI?
Platforms increasingly ask for it, and we label every clip as AI-generated. Our disclosure guide walks through the TikTok, Reels and Shorts toggles.
Is there sound?
The clips carry a light ambient bed and no speech, so any hook text or voiceover fits. Most creators drop a trending sound on top.
How much does it cost?
Browsing and previews are free. Downloading originals needs Pro: $29 a month or $190 a year, unlimited downloads. Payments open soon; join the waitlist for the launch price.
What format are the clips?
MP4 H.264, 1080×1920 (9:16), 30 fps, 5 seconds, with an ambient audio bed and no speech. Files weigh 2 to 5 MB. The public preview is a muted 480p version.
Can I request a custom persona or setting?
Not yet. That is the first Pro feature: personas in your style and settings from your niche, generated daily. Join the waitlist on the pricing page.
How is the score computed?
A weighted sum of views, likes, saves, shares and comments seven days after posting, normalized per account. The examples page shows the score of every reel.
What if a clip flops on my account?
Nothing. You are only testing a hook. Change the text angle or the reaction and post again; the data says the angle matters more than the face.
Can I use the clips outside social media?
Yes: landing pages, emails, decks, App Store and Google Play previews. The license covers any commercial use except redistributing the raw clip. Downloading originals requires the Pro plan.
How often do new clips arrive?
The factory runs every day. Usually three to six new reactions land each morning, spread across the five personas.
